Rosina leaves Premuda and opens a new advisory firm for shipping
The former CEO of Premuda reveals some details about the new activity soon to be launched
Stefano Rosina, former Chief Executive Officer of Premuda, announced his exit from the Genoa-based shipping company now controlled by Pillarstone (and due to be headed my Marco Fiori from next January) for launching a new advisory firm active in the shipping industry.
Rosina and Partners is the name of the new firm “which is taking shape in these days” Rosina commented to Ship2Shore. “I cannot reveal many details since we are still working on the team and some of the guidelines but what I can say is that I want to put at disposal of the market the skills I got working for more than 30 years for a listed company. In the last five years I have been directly involved in an in-depth restructuring plan and for the last two I had the chance to cooperate closely with an important private equity fund”.
Rosina also specified that the Genoa-based Rosina and Partners “will be something different from a law firm or advisory firms like Lazard and Venice Shipping & Logistics which have been very active in Italy in the recent past. I’m rather watching at the money market, investment funds, financial institutions, etc.”.Nicola Capuzzo
