Testi resigned from Contship Italia, keeping the helm in MCT
Also being managing LSCT, the manager will be replaced by shareholder and helm Cecilia Battistello herself
Antonio Testi will continue heading MCT, although its employer Contship Italia already transferred MSC their shares held in the terminal operator.
Testi will also quit as General Manager in La Spezia Container Terminal, held, ad interim, since last year, after Michele Giromini's farewell, to be directly taken up by the helm of the group, Cecilia Eckelmann-Battistello. Contship thanked the manager for his job, and for his target-oriented attitude, wishing him a successfull career”.
Testi is last in a long list of managers who resigned from the group to head towards MSC. In fact Gianluigi Aponte's group largely recruited the management from his former partner (in MCT, while they are still partner in LSCT).
Outgoing managers were also from Hannibal, Oceanogate and Sogemar, all companies serving Contship railway, road and intermodal transport.
Nobody knows the future of Franco Nicola Cupolo, Group Managing Director Business Units & Sales of the group, who unexpectedly resigned a few months ago.
