Danish Ministry of Transport has issued the necessary B license to let TX Logistik AG (TXL) perform transport services in the national rail network on its own.

The B licence is based on the A licence for TX Logistik in Sweden, which was newly issued in 2017, since Denmark recognises the general part A for Sweden.

With the Danish B licence, TXL is strengthening its European network; in transit to Sweden, the company can now offer traction services independently on the overland link in addition to the marine connections, to complete a network from Scandinavia in all directions

The German rail logistics company, a subsidiary of Mercitalia Logistics, holds now licences in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden, whose specifications and processes are controlled uniformly as part of a European safety management system.
